The latest item song in bollywood Dum Maro Dum will be launched during India Vs South Africa match on March 12th in Nagpur. The song will be shown during the breaks in the match. Deepika Pdukone who is main cast in the song will not be able to perform live as she is busy in shooting for Parkash Jha film Aarakshan opposite Amitabh Bachchan.
It will be the first time that any bollywood song is being promoted during the cricket match. Previously there was plan for live performance by Deepika Padukone to add new energy but plan had to be cancelled as actress is busy in shooting. Rohan Sippy said, "Well, it would be exciting if she would have had time to rehearse and perform live in front of the audience," reports Times of India.

Dev Anand has earlier expressed his discomfort in copying the song from his hit movie. The new song has completelt different sound track and look. It is choreographed by Bosco.
