ICC World Cup 2011 Enters Knockout Stage

After a month of superb and nerve wrecking cricket, eight out of fourteen teams make one step closer to become world champions. Nothing can be predicted at this hour as all the teams have equal chances of winning. All teams are ready and fully prepared to crush every thing coming in their way to reach to the top.

A definite edge for Pakistan and South Africa to enter in knockouts as group leaders. Pakistan will face West Indies who stood number 4 in group B in 1st quarter final. Pakistan brimming with confidence as they beat Australia in their last group match, on other hand West Indies are capable to give a tough time and will not go down easy. Defending champion Australia will meet India in 2nd quarter final, group B leader South Africa take on New Zealand and Sri Lanka will battle with England in 3rd and 4th quarter final. India and Sri Lanka are playing with home ground advantage but against equally promising opponents. South Africa and New Zealand playing on neutral venue.

24th March, 2011 – India vs Australia, 2nd Quarter Final

25th March, 2011 – New Zealand vs South Africa, 3rd Quarter Final
